Role Description
As an HR partner, you will work as a generalist, but with recruitment as your main area of expertise. Approximately 50% of your working time will be dedicated to recruitment, where you support managers throughout the process – from requirement profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, testing, and reference checks.
As part of our HR team, we work closely together and share a common responsibility for driving and developing HR work. We collaborate on various areas, and the division of labor may vary over time. Therefore, you will both contribute your expertise and benefit from others, which provides a varied and developing everyday life. You will also contribute to the development of our HR processes, for example, in occupational health and collaboration. Together, we work towards a sustainable and modern HR function. The role requires you to switch between analysis, advice, and practical work.
Qualifications
Education:
• Academic studies in HR, personnel, behavioral science, or other relevant experience/education that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience:
• Experience in driving recruitment processes from start to finish in larger or complex organizations.
• Experience in competency-based recruitment.
• Several years of experience in broad strategic and operational HR work in state organizations.
• Experience with the Terms Agreement, labor law, and occupational health work.
• Experience in process development or change management within HR.
• Familiarity with leading workshops, training managers, or facilitating groups.
Knowledge:
• Good understanding of talent supply and HR processes.
• Good ability to work in recruitment systems.
• Good and current knowledge of labor law and collective agreements in the public sector.
Language Skills:
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience working in organizations with collaboration agreements.
• Experience with psychological testing.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.

Location
We apply hybrid work, where our employees have the opportunity to combine working from home and in the office. At least half of the working time should be spent in our activity-based office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56, which is just a few minutes' walk from Stockholm Central Station.
Employment Type
The position is a permanent employment, and we apply a six-month probationary period.
